Is it normal to feel this tired and scared?

School is really crushing me right now. I have not slept well in days because of all the deadlines piling up on my desk. My brain feels completely empty and I am terrified that I might fail after working so hard. I was so stressed yesterday that I almost wished I could just pay someone to take my HESI exam so I could finally get some rest. Do you guys ever feel like giving up or do you have any good advice on how to relax and keep going?
